People wonder why I am not a fan of Tom Cruise, this is why. This company and let us not be fooled this thing called Scientology is a business, is corrupt to it’s very roots. But wait, what business punishes it’s employees but won’t let them leave? Oh yes A CULT. I have nothing but disgust for anything that uses people especially children and calls itself a religion.

Ze Mooo that ruling doesn't matter. The IRS ruling came later, in 1993. That grants them financial freedom and that is why they're free from taxation as well as given other liberties.

FOLLOW THE MONEY!!! Wtf is the FBI doing? They can’t possibly be afraid of tinie tiny DM, they’re the FBI. We should all demand a revocation of their tax exempt status and subpoena DM to answer all the implications he has been accused of, it’s a long list of various crimes, spanning over 4 decades. Free all these people of brainwashing and billions of dollars in “donations” It’s a cult, it’s a scam, ENOUGH is ENOUGH.

True, the IRS writes no laws. The Supreme Court writes no laws. What happened is covered VERY WELL by Tony Ortega. Go to The Underground Bunker and search on IRS to see the entire story. The short version is that the IRS made a deal with the Devil (Sci'gy/Miscavige) to grant religious exemption in exchange for dropping HUNDREDS of lawsuits filled against the IRS. See TonyOrtega.org for the in-depth explanation.
